1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1bat platform and all its services. 1bat ("Platform", "we") is an online casino and sports betting service provider, operated specifically for users in Bangladesh ("members", "you").

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including casino games, slot games, sports betting (including cricket and football), live casino, and any promotional offers. Use of any 1bat service requires acceptance of these Terms.

Each member may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a violation of the rules and all accounts may be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. 1bat reserves the right to permanently close any account created with false information. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to support immediately.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 1bat is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum of ৳500 applies to each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, there may be some delay if a verification process is ongoing.

• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method that was used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be held if any bonus wagering requirement has not been fully completed.

3.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawals or unusual activity, 1bat may request additional documents for identity verification. This is done to prevent money laundering and ensure security.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus requires a 25x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager 25 times the total of your deposit plus bonus before a withdrawal is possible.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering — details will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• A maximum single bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

1bat has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting category, and are clearly shown in the game interface. Separate bet limits apply when using bonus funds.

5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of internet disconnection or a technical error during a game, the game result will be determined based on data recorded on the server. 1bat is not liable for any additional claims in such situations.

5.3 Special Terms for Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and other sports:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the result has been announced.
• Odds in live betting may change instantly.
• 1bat reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to abnormal odds or system errors.

6 Fair Use Policy and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1bat and are subject to penalties:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or use any technical manipulation to influence game results.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct illegal transactions through an account.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate games or betting.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability (bug).

7 Account Suspension, Closure and Balance Forfeiture

7.1 Suspension by 1bat

1bat reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Creating an account with a false identity or fake information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.
